Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ringr (the "Service"), operated by Westwell Agency ("Westwell Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Ringr provides an automated missed-call text-back service for businesses. When a call to your assigned Ringr number goes unanswered, Ringr sends an automated SMS reply to the caller and may continue the conversation using AI on your behalf, then notifies you of the lead. Features and functionality may change over time.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your dashboard login link confidential.
3. Free Trial, Billing & Cancellation
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown at sign-up, billed monthly. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Messaging Compliance (Important)
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements. You represent that callers who receive automated texts have initiated contact with your business by calling you, establishing a reasonable basis for a reply. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or any unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you will honor all opt-outs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) send content that is fraudulent, abusive, or infringing; (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or (d) resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create carrier-compliance or fraud risk.
6. AI-Generated Responses
Ringr uses artificial intelligence to draft replies on your behalf. While we work to make responses accurate and on-brand, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for reviewing and following up on leads. The Service is a tool to assist your business, not a substitute for your professional judgment.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message deliverability, or that the Service will result in any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westwell Agency's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. Upon termination, your assigned phone number and data may be deactivated.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Contact
