This Privacy Policy explains how Westwell Agency ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Ringr (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Business & account information you provide at sign-up — business name, service type, service area, FAQs, pricing details, owner name, phone number, and email.
- Customer communications — when someone calls or texts your Ringr number, we process their phone number and the contents of the text conversation in order to provide the Service.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Service — sending automated text-backs, generating AI replies, notifying you of leads, displaying your conversation dashboard, processing payments, providing support, and improving and securing the Service.
3. SMS & Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are used solely to deliver the messaging functionality of the Service. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Service Providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect your data:
- SignalWire — telephony and SMS delivery
- Supabase — secure database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI reply generation
- Resend — email notifications
- Vercel — application hosting
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us; some records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
7. Your Choices
You may access or update your business information, cancel your subscription, or request data deletion at any time. Message recipients control their own consent and may opt out by replying STOP.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
